Build community with Grow to Consume as a STEAM Advocacy Volunteer! As a volunteer you will have the opportunity to:

• Lead or assist with community workshops on garden science: soil health, composting, etc.

• Assist with community workshops on urban gardening in small spaces, indoor and outdoors.

• Assist with arts workshops as part of STEAM education for local urban communities.

• Write op-ed climate justice adocacy articles on importance of gardening and composting.

 

Commitment is flexible, under 20 hours per month, with a mix of in-person and remote work. Perfect for passionate individuals who self-identify as antiracist, enjoy making art, gardening, and care about climate justice.
