Support Furnishing Hope’s Community Outreach And Social Media!

Description: Furnishing Hope of Massachusetts (FHMA) provides furniture and essential home goods to families transitioning out of homeless and domestic violence shelters. FHMA is looking for one or two volunteers to help manage their social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) to better connect with the community and share their work.

Volunteers will work with Furnishing Hope’s Outreach Coordinator to come up with ideas for posts, draft captions, create graphics/flyers, and select photos. 

This work is remote and can be done at your own schedule, though preferably you are able to communicate with FHMA staff during their hours of operations. If volunteers are interested, they are also welcome to come in person to the office to help take photos of inventory, donations, events, etc for social media posts.

Time Commitment: Flexible, about 1-2 hours per week
