The Salvation Army is seeking volunteers to welcome visitors at their reception desk.

Volunteers should be friendly, courteous persons who want to help provide a welcoming environment and a friendly face to those coming to The Salvation Army's doors.

Primary functions include:

• Greet guests who arrive at The Salvation Army.

• Answer courteously and route phone calls, taking messages when appropriate.

• Monitor traffic through front lobby and guide individuals to proper departments.

Current openings: Mon-Fri from 8am-12pm, and 12pm-4pm.

Volunteers are welcome to make a weekly commitment or come multiple times per week.

All training will be provided. Volunteers must pass a background check, which will be processed by The Salvation Army.
