Love books and want to share that joy with young children? Become a Reading Buddy with Cambridge School Volunteers (CSV)!

Reading Buddies are paired with kindergarten, first, or second graders to build a love of reading through weekly read-aloud sessions. Volunteers help children explore stories, talk about books, and grow as confident, excited readers—all while forming a meaningful bond.

Details:

• Meets weekly during the school day at Fletcher Maynard Academy (225 Windsor Street, Cambridge)

• Volunteers are paired with one student for consistent connection

• CSV provides orientation and ongoing support
