From 4/24 - 4/27 iNaturalist is hosting a global Bioblitz where participants in cities around the world upload observations of local wildlife. This event helps bring awareness to the importance of local biodiversity and provides an opportunity for community members to come together and contribute to science.

Any observations made from 4/24 to 4/27 within the Greater Boston Area will be counted and then identified by iNaturalist users from around the world from 4/28 to 5/10.

Green Cambridge will be hosting a Bioblitz on the first day of observations where staff members will have resources to help ID local plants and wildlife and provide support for anyone new to iNaturalist.
