Partners for Youth with Disabilities (PYD) aims to create a world where young people with disabilities will be able to live with dignity and pride in who they are and to lead self-determined lives filled with purpose. PYD provides transformative one-to-one mentoring (in person or virtual), and addresses barriers to employment for youth with disabilities through its career readiness and leadership development programs. The organization also provides training and technical assistance to organizations that want to become more inclusive of youth with disabilities.

Volunteer activities have included:

• Mentoring an online group

• Hosting a Career Readiness event

• Hosting an intern
