Cambridge Camping is hosting an End of Summer Celebration! They will have popsicles, ice cream sandwiches, games, a photobooth, and activities for kids and parents to participate in. This event will be hosted at their office utilizing their conference room area, kitchen space, outdoor patio, and parking lot (mix of indoor & outdoor).

When: Monday, August 31st 2:30pm - 6:30pm (actual event is 3pm - 6pm)

Where: 99 Bishop Allen Drive, Cambridge, MA 02139

This event will have a "passport" for kids to complete - where they check off/get a sticker or signature from each activity and turn in their passport for a prize. Volunteers are needed at each activity. 3 CCA staff will be availble as roving support.

Volunteers needed = 6

• Front door support: welcoming families and directing them to the event space

• Photobooth: assist with props and costumes, work with CCA staff to take pictures

• Games: facilitate and oversee games (cornhole, card games, etc)

• Popsicle & ice cream sandwich support: help pass out items

• Camp memories: encourage kids (and parents) to complete the activity and ask them about their experience

• Supplies: pass out supply items & collect passport sheets
