With volunteer help, On the Rise provides family-style hot lunches at their Safe Haven site five days a week to women and trans/non-binary individuals who are experiencing homelessness. Volunteers cook (or purchase) and deliver a well-balanced and hearty meal for 25 adults, including at least three dishes: a starch, a protein, and a vegetable. Extras like dessert or soft drinks are not required but always appreciated as well!

Ready-to-serve food is dropped off at Safe Haven at 341 Broadway in Cambridge between 8:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
