BINA Farm Center relies on volunteers to support their equine programming by acting as Sidewalkers, Grooms, and/or Leaders. Not all positions require prior experience with horses, and additional training is provided.

Every program volunteer is able to consider opportunities to support participants with and without special needs as they interact with horses and humans alike during their weekly time slot with their instructor. Volunteers work with the Program and Volunteer Coordinator to build their own schedules, in addition to selecting from coverage needs they are qualified for on a first come, first serve basis.
