The Williams Agency invites you to participate in Boston JerkFest Caribbean Food Festival and the Rum & Brew Tasting @ Boston JerkFest on Friday, Saturday and Sunday July 10-12, 2026. (Volunteer shifts July 10-13)

Seeking committed, enthusiastic, and responsible people who would love to join in and contribute, meet new folks, and have a lot of fun! Volunteers receive a T-shirt, a food voucher, and a chance to enjoy the festival during their break (admission to the festival on the day you volunteer). 

Morning, afternoon, and evening volunteer shifts available. Volunteer roles include 

Registration, Setup/ Breakdown, zero waste champions, coordinators, Kids & Culture volunteers, Chefs, bartenders, bar backs, Entertainment, and information booth volunteers.

All volunteers should be 18 years or older unless you are with a group that has a group manager.  

For Rum & Brew Tasting, volunteers need to be at least 21 years old with proper I.D.

All volunteers are required to attend at least one orientation meeting. It will be communicated to the team weeks prior.
