About the event
It’s pit master against pit master! Smoke This Rib Fest is a culinary showdown, for the title of the best ribs in town, and a celebration of East Cambridge’s unique and welcoming vibe.
Volunteers greet and direct visitors, cover event entrance/exit points, and advise event-goers to keep alcoholic beverages within the festival area. Stay with our team the whole time if you can, or choose just one, 2-hour shift.
You’ll get a cool event t-shirt plus generous food vouchers for delicious BBQ.
