The Nature Connection works to improve the wellbeing of individuals and communities through the therapeutic use of nature. Their unique programs connect at-risk youth, people with disabilities, elders, and caregivers to our natural world.

Volunteer activities have included:

• Plan and deliver nature-based educational and therapeutic programs

• Administrative help

• Therapeutic animal visits (for animal owners)
