Science Club for Girls

About

Science Club for Girls aims to foster "excitement, confidence, and literacy in STEM for girls and gender expansive youth from underrepresented communities." Under the mentorship of professional women in STEM, girls and gender-expansive youth participate in a range of engaging activities and experiments that expose them to STEM in a continuum of free programming from Kindergarten through 12th grade.  


Volunteer activities have included:

  • Mentoring students (with Junior Mentor opportunities for teens)

  • Photography/videography

  • Translation

  • Tech support

  • Marketing

  • Administrative/HR work

  • Fundraising
