Serving the Malden, Medford, and Everett communities, the Mystic Valley YCMA provides programming to tens of thousands of individuals each year. Through their two food markets, the Y offers free groceries to those in need.

Volunteer activities have included: 

• Packing/distributing groceries 

• Unloading deliveries 

• Stocking shelves
