Minds With Purpose is a community-powered organization based in Massachusetts that helps young people and families—especially in multicultural and historically under-resourced communities—access opportunity, build belonging, and grow into their fullest potential. They do this through youth programs, community events, mentorship, workforce readiness experiences, and partnerships that connect people to resources, networks, and real pathways forward.

Volunteers support their work in a few key ways: 

• Event support (check-in, setup/breakdown, hospitality, vendor coordination)

• Youth programming support (mentoring, workshop assistance, career panels)

• Community outreach (street team, flyering, partnership support)

• Content/media support (photo/video support, storytelling, social media assistance). 

Minds with Purpose also welcomes skilled volunteers in areas like operations, marketing, design, and program facilitation.
