About
Enroot's mission is to empower immigrant youth to achieve academic, career, and personal goals through meaningful out-of-school experiences. Immigrant high school students in Cambridge and Somerville participate in programming that supports key student success outcomes in the following categories:

Post Secondary Planning
Personal Development
Life Skills
Volunteers play a large role in creating a sense of belonging and building community by working with small groups of students to support their individual interests and goals. While volunteers tend to provide more social emotional support through relationship building, they also contribute to the success outcomes mentioned above.
