Enroot's mission is to empower immigrant youth to achieve academic, career, and personal goals through meaningful out-of-school experiences. They offer a comprehensive, multi-year program that provides 1:1 mentorship, internship opportunities, and a supportive space to practice English intensively. 

Mentors are carefully matched with students to ensure a good fit as they help to guide students through the challenges of high school and set them up for success after graduation.
