CASPAR's mission is to improve the lives of people affected by substance use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. 

Since 1970, CASPAR has grown from a single halfway house into a regional leader in recovery services — because they believe that when people need help, they should be able to get it. From Street Outreach to Emergency Shelters to Residential Recovery Programs, wherever someone is in their journey, CASPAR offers a path forward.

CASPAR utilizes corporate volunteer groups

They offer  onsite and offsite group volunteer activities. Cookin' With CASPAR brings a team of 5-12 into their Emergency Shelter to prepare dinner for their guests. For larger groups or those that prefer to stay at their own offices, CASPAR can customize a care package assembly project.
