Every summer, the Cambridge Jazz Festival inspires, entertains, and educates Cambridge about the unique art of jazz. Festival-goers can expect a weekend full of live music covering a wide swath of the jazz spectrum. Volunteers help the festival run smoothly by setting up the event, greeting and registering guests, and fulfilling other support and management roles. Popular food vendors are there for the day, and offer Jazz Fest volunteers free food vouchers.

The festival is produced by the Cambridge Jazz Foundation, which also organizes other periodic jazz events.
