Boston Medical Center provides comprehensive medical care regardless of a patient's ability to pay. They take special responsibility for combatting inequities in physical and mental healthcare access, reaching out to people from birth through senior years, housed or unhoused, LGBTQ+, and/or other marginalized, underserved, vulnerable populations. BMC emphasizes prevention and wellness through programs that extend beyond the facility.
