Equity in Volunteerism Roadmap working groups
With Bernette Dawson
(Cambridge Families of Color Coaltion, Courageous Conversations in N.Cambridge)
Zoom -- register here
Description: This is a DEEP DIVE. Work at your own pace over 3 months with 1-2 peers/accountability partners, to diversify volunteer recruitment and improve cultural competency training for YOUR organization. On July 13, we will distill common learnings and strategies into a "volunteer equity roadmap" that we hope is of use to other local agencies.
