Summer garden volunteers care for school gardens over summer break. Typical tasks include watering, weeding, and harvesting. Volunteers are assigned a garden to visit 1-2 times a week on their own schedule. In thanks for your help, you are welcome to take home the harvest.

 

While gardening experince is helpful, it is not neccessary. CitySprouts will provide all supplies and personalized support. This is a great way to learn to garden in a low-stakes environment!
