Women's Money Matters is launching their Financial Futures Collective in partnership with the Somerville Housing Authority, and looking for passionate, committed volunteer coaches (who are women or nonbinary people comfortable in a women centered space) to join in empowering women on their financial journeys.

This is WMM's signature Financial Futures program, which combines personalized financial coaching, workshops, and community support to help participants build confidence and achieve their financial goals. Through their partnership with SHA, WMM is offering this program to women living in subsidized housing or receiving housing benefits.

As a coach, you’ll walk alongside participants as they navigate public benefits, build new habits, and pursue financial stability—offering encouragement, accountability, and support every step of the way.
