Join Green Cambridge for a guided educational walk in the Alewife Brook Reservation while making a difference in your community!
On Friday, May 22nd Green Cambridge will be hosting a free guided nature walk, highlighting local biodiversity, while doing trash removal in the Alewife Brook Reservation.
All supplies for trash removal including gloves, bags, and trash grabbers will be provided by Green Cambridge.

Location: Alewife Brook Reservation DCR Parking Lot, 2-8 Acorn Park Dr., Cambridge, MA

Parking and Transportation info:
Meet at 2-8 Acorn Park Drive, Cambridge, MA, 02140, this is in front of the DCR parking lot which has free parking specifically for the Alewife.
If this lot fills up there is parking at the MBTA Alewife Station for a fee
MBTA: Ride the Redline inbound to the last stop at Alewife Station, exiting the station you are able to walk along Steel Place Drive towards the reservation and turn onto the second left marked by a DCR Alewife Brook Greenway sign. Walk down this path until you find the DCR Alewife Brook Reservation Kiosk (in total a 5~7 minute walk).
Please arrive with closed toed shoes, water and weather appropriate clothing.
