Volunteer Mentors

Enroot

Enroot

Enroot is looking for volunteers interested in working with immigrant high school students in the Cambridge and Somerville area. Volunteers are paired with students for a full academic year, during which they develop a mentor-student relationship.

Mentors are expected to meet with students once a week, working with them and providing support as they prepare for college, update resumes, and practice for job interviews. Mentors also serve as listening ears for their students, supporting their goals for the future.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, year-round. Learn more and apply at https://www.enrooteducation.org/mentor. Forward questions to volunteer@enrooteducation.org.
