Urban Farm Assistant

Victory Programs

Victory Programs

Victory Programs (VPI) seeks volunteer Farm Assistants to help harvest produce and prepare garden beds for future crops at their ReVision Urban Farm, located at 38 Fayban St. in Boston's Dorcherster neighborhood, approximately 9 miles from Cambridge.

The farm grows produce and provides access to affordable, nutritious, and culturally appropriate food to residents of VPI's ReVision Family Home and the extended community. In association with ReVision Family Home, the Farm also provides job training for youth and Boston’s homeless community.

Shifts of three hours or more are available Monday through Friday. Groups of up to five people are welcome. A background check is required for all adult farm volunteers, however this will not necessarily impact an individual's ability to volunteer.

For more information, please contact volunteer@vpi.org or (617) 318-3434 ext. 143.
