Technology Coaches

Somerville-Cambridge Elder Services seeks Technology Coach volunteers to help older adults navigate technology basics, providing three succinct sessions per client to help with device set-up and instruction for email, Zoom, and other common applications. Advice is limited to devices that volunteers can assist with, such as Kindle tablets, newer computers, and smart phones. 

Basic technology skills and respect for confidentiality are required. There is a high but not exclusive need for volunteers speaking Haitian Creole and other languages.
