Magazine Beach Eco-Volunteers

Mass Audubon

Mass Audubon

Mass Audubon "Eco-Volunteers" are a dedicated group working to protect biodiversity and build ecological resilience at Magazine Beach Park in Cambridge. Volunteers take on seasonal restoration projects like ecological monitoring, invasive species removal and "BioBlitzes". Families and other groups are welcome, and no experience is necessary. Volunteers receive field training and learn to use applications like iNaturalist and ArcGIS Survey123 for species identification and data tracking.

Gatherings are typically one Saturday each month, from 1pm to 3pm.

For more information, please contact Paul Kelley, Site Supervisor, at pkelley@massaudubon.org.
