PEACE - Mass Peace Action

Mass Peace Action offers several internship opportunities for local college and university students who are interested in working for the cause of peace.

Legislative Interns focus on policy-related tasks, such as attending lobby meetings, updating supporters on Mass Peace Action's issues and agenda, contacting legislators and candidates, joining working groups to address global and local problems, and more.

Interns are expected to work at least 10 hours a week for at least 10 weeks. Fall, Spring, and Summer term internships are available, with flexible start and end dates. Interns are asked to create a schedule of regular office hours every week, as well as to participate in some night and weekend events. Internships are unpaid, but interns are awarded a $750 stipend upon completion of their 10-week commitment.
