Design Tester

The Possible Zone seeks volunteers to help Entrepreneurship Program students as they refine their business ideas and prototype designs. Based on feedback from earlier Pitch Panels, an introduction to basic design thinking concepts, and initial lessons on how to use in-house technology and equipment, students begin to design their first prototypes. Volunteer Design Testers are paired with students in a round-robin fashion for one-on-one discussions that will inform the prototype design process. Students will come prepared with questions related to their designs and volunteers are encouraged to ask supportive yet challenging “What if…?” questions that will help students develop the next iterations of their prototypes.
