Community Conversation ESOL Group Hosts

Rian Immigrant Center is currently recruiting volunteer Community Conversation ESOL Group Hosts to support their immigrant student community and provide space for them to practice their English language skills. This role requires a 2-4 hour time commitment per week, including the time hosting the conversation group, as well as student communication and lesson preparation outside of clss time.

Volunteers are NOT required to be native English language speakers or US citizens. Individuals familiar with the language learning process and/or the experience of living in a foreign culture or within 2+ cultures simultaneously are preferred.
