Business Expo Volunteers

The Possible Zone seeks volunteers to act as mock "investors" for their Business Expo, a key milestone for students in TPZ's Entrepreneurship Program. Student venture teams spend two semesters learning about design thinking and lean startup methodology, developing business ideas and prototypes. Their efforts culminate in the Business Expo, where teams display their prototypes and pitch their business ideas to volunteers. 

In a round-robin format, each volunteer visits a handful of student venture displays, hearing pitches and asking questions, then finally "investing" (at no cost!) in the ideas they find most compelling and worthy of an investment. Volunteer efforts help students refine their concepts as they progress on the path to selling their goods in a real marketplace.
