Behind the News Volunteers

Volunteers can take on various tasks "behind the news" to support the work, mission, and vision of Spare Change News. 

Some volunteer activities may include helping with database input and generating “thank you” letters; advising on marketing/advertising/communications strategies to raise awareness; writing grant proposals; assisting with newpaper distribution; working with vendors; and assisting with mass mailings or events.

All positions require relevant experience, with the exception of periodic mass mailings or events, which welcome any volunteers.
