The Helping Hand Food Pantry offers a wide variety of fresh, frozen, and packaged grocery items, household cleaning products and sanitary products, to Cambridge and Somerville residents in need of them: Veggies, fruit, bread, eggs, chicken, canned goods, grains, pasta, personal care products.
