Youth on Fire, an AIDS Action program

Youth on Fire (YOF) is a program of the AIDS Action Committee of Massachusetts that acts as a drop-in center for homeless/street-involved youth (ages 14-24). Through its holistic approach, YOF provides services such as meals, showers, and laundry, along with support and opportunities including behavioral health services, medical care, and various education programs to youth at risk.

Volunteer activities have included:

• Offering emotional support and developing relationships with guests

• Helping out in the kitchen

• Making trips to the food bank

• Organizing the space
