The Friday Café

The Friday Cafe is a faith-based meal program featuring home-cooked food and other resources for unhoused and food-insecure adults. As the name suggests, meals are distributed every Friday, and guests are encouraged to stay and share the meal together on the lawn. A clothing and supplies “shopping” area is also set up at mealtimes.

Volunteer activities have included:

• Preparing and delivering bagged lunches

• Reheating and serving hot meals to go

• Distributing supplies such as clothing and toiletries
