History Cambridge
Headquartered at the historic Hooper-Lee-Nichols House, History Cambridge (formerly the Cambridge Historical Society) collects and researches a historical archive of documents related to Cambridge, emphasizing social history, untold chapters, and silenced voices. In pursuit of their goal to inspire and educate, History Cambridge also hosts regular events and tours.
Volunteer activities have included:
Researching Cambridge history and sharing discoveries via blog posts, newsletter, or a weekly CambridgeDay.com news column (History Cambridge Corps)
Developing self-guided tours of the city
