Faith Kitchen at Faith Lutheran Church

Faith Kitchen takes place on the second and last Tuesday of each month and provides community members in need with high-quality, delicious food and hospitality. As the name suggests, Faith Kitchen is a faith-based initiative, supported by the members of Temple Beth Shalom and Faith Lutheran Church, though volunteers come from many faith backgrounds. Due to the devastating fire at Faith Lutheran in April 2023, Faith Kitchen has relocated to St. Bartholomew's Episcopal Church at ​239 Harvard Street in Cambridge.

Volunteer activities have included:

• Preparing meals

• Packaging/distributing meals

• Providing hospitality

• Cleaning up the kitchen and workspace
