Cradles to Crayons (C2C)

Cradles to Crayons (C2C) provides everyday essentials including diapers, school and art supplies, clothing, shoes, and backpacks, for nearly 250,000 local low-income or unhoused children every year. Through direct purchases, corporate donations, and community drives, C2C procures and distributes thousands of items through their network of partner organizations, including local public schools and nonprofit agencies that may request individual items to meet a family’s unique needs. Volunteers, from individuals to very large groups, may serve on site in person, or may support C2C remotely through their Giving Factory @ Home initiative. All abilities are welcome.

Volunteer activities have included:

• Processing, packing, and sorting goods

• Hosting community drives

• Kit assembly
