Cambridge Continuum of Care

Cambridge Continuum of Care is a collaborative effort of several public agencies that work to eliminate homelessness in the Cambridge community through prevention and intervention services ranging from emergency shelters to transitional and permanent housing.

Volunteer activities have included:

• Participating in an annual overnight count of unsheltered people sleeping outdoors in Cambridge at the end of January
